1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided at app.zuiver.ai (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Eligibility for Service Use
2.1 Access to the Service is strictly limited to individuals who are part of an organization that has signed a Dienstverleningsovereenkomst (hereinafter referred to as "Service Agreement") with Zuiver.ai.
2.2 The root domain "zuiver.ai" is publicly accessible and not subject to these access restrictions.
3. Account and Security
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for the Service.
3.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Use of Service
4.1 Your use of the Service is permitted solely within the framework and limitations defined in the Service Agreement between Zuiver.ai and your organization.
4.2 You may only use the Service in accordance with the terms, purposes, and scope of use established in the Service Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the nature of materials (such as textual works) that may be submitted or processed via the Service, as defined in the Service Agreement.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the submission of any materials, complies with the permissions granted by your organization under the applicable Service Agreement. Zuiver.ai is not liable for any unauthorized or non-compliant use of the Service.
4.4 You further agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Zuiver.ai’s servers or networks.
4.5 You may not use the Service to misrepresent machine-generated content as human-authored work. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting AI-generated text to the Service for the purpose of rephrasing, editing, or transforming it in order to pass it off as your own original writing. It also includes using the Service to intentionally reduce the likelihood that machine-generated content is detected by AI detectors or other verification systems.
4.6 You may not use the Service, or any output generated by it, to train, fine-tune, or develop systems intended to deceive, bypass, or reduce the effectiveness of any AI detection tools or classifiers, including but not limited to systems that identify machine-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zuiver.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zuiver.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
